Karminia

On the nose, Karminia has strong notes of spices and red fruits, combined with a pleasant aroma of wine and citrus fruits.

The taste is strong, direct, evolving from sweet to bitter. Raspberry, Pepper, Chocolate aromas coat the mouth. A combination of sensations, ending with the bitterness of gentian and artemisia for last.

Karminia is perfect to boost all those cocktails that require sweet vermouth. We suggest it with citrus soda and it is absolutely stunning on the rocks with a piece of bitter chocolate.

Kinato

On the nose Kinato expresses the aromas typical of Barolo wine (violet, leather and roses scent), elevated with the intense flavours of local Piedmontese Cinchona bark and other 6 botanicals to get a unique bouquet.

The taste is strong and direct, evolving from sweet to bitter. Gentian, Cinchona ark and Cardamom add a touch of bitterness well integrated with the spicy taste of Barolo and the sugars.

Kinato is either a perfect boost for all those cocktails that require sweet Vermouth (but with a twist), or is a fantastic option as an after-dinner drink for a relaxing evening.
